All rates shown are "per night per home" not per person and does not include taxes, currently 13%. A clean fee will apply to stays of less than 5 nights. 

A deposit of $150 is required to confirm your reservations. We accept Visa, Master Card, Checks or Money Orders. Reservations submitted within  Fourty eight hours of arrival must be followed up with a phone call.

The balance is due 21 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Outside of 21 days full refund, less $45 processing fee. Policy based on nightly rentals
